The first and best solution to front channel block and kundalini overload is the time-tested yogic solution: walking , standing barefoot in soil , being in nature , hugging trees. Fix your attention onto the point of your heel between the balls of your big and little toes. Press that point firmly into the ground as you walk. Another important element: engagement. Interacting with people is grounding. Make it a gentle change , and be ready to let go of this entirely once the habit of focusing at ajna is broken. Dilate your throat to open the energy flow ,Front channel block is usually concentrated in the throat.
A Kundalini Meditation for More Confidence
Be Grounded is the key!!! The last 2 years have been very enriching; the process of easing off the Kundalini Syndrome led me to a lot of wisdom. Today I understand this process much better and have realized certain things which one really needs to implement in life to make this process more smoother and enriching. In the coming few posts I would be sharing about the understanding which has helped me in making this process smooth, and has led to lot of wisdom. The first main and very important thing that I have understood is that anyone who is going through this process of spontaneous kundalini awakening or kundalini syndromes should focus most on becoming more and more grounded. We are the spiritual being having a Human experience. The more one realizes that the real happiness lies in the small things in life , the more grounded one becomes. Loving the body by doing regular physical activities like walking, yoga, exercise is an act on enjoying our physical existence. Being grounded, is also about taking care of our body with proper diet, nutritional food, exercising. It implies that we should enjoy every aspect of our physical life, taking care of the financial needs, taking care of all our worldly duties and responsibilities, pursuing any hobby, listening to music and dancing etc.

Working on the understanding that there is an energy, an electromagnetic one, flowing throughout the body, one can easily envisage the creation of a closed circuit when holding the hands and fingers in certain gestures. Each set of fingers met, every posture of the hand creates a subtle difference in the effects of the flow. This mudra focuses bio-electrical energy to the root. It can be tempting for some of us to feel like we want to skip to the higher octaves of frequency, bypassing all the mundane static to tune straight in to the cosmic source for guidance. It will send the club flying. To handle such a powerful charge, we must first be grounded. The root is associated with the color and frequency of red. It is the chakra of physicality, passion, power, providing, and survival.
Grounding with Kundalini Yoga. Many of the most memorable Kundalini Yoga experiences can be the kriyas that create elevation and expansion. There are kriyas designed for staying grounded as well. Grounding is another important and sometimes overlooked aspect to the practice as it allows you to be present in your body. From the aspect of healing, there are two primary exit points in the body. There is the feminine aspect, through the throat chakra, which works like that of a burning fire where the wooden logs turn into smoke and evaporate into the air as it moves up. Then there is the root chakra, which is the masculine aspect, which works more like a toilet that flushes down and out into the ground. Depending on what one is working on, either point can need attention at certain times. To every issue one heals, there is a feminine and masculine aspect to it.
